We are excited to announce Checkfree Bill Pay. Bill pay allows you to pay recurring, occasional, or one-time bills from anywhere, at anytime and is a part of our new Internet Banking site. To take advantage of this time and money saving service, simply sign up under the Payments tab in your Internet Banking site. Bill pay offers several benefits:

  • A scheduling feature allows you to schedule your bills to pay on the due date
  • Online e-bills from many major billers notify you when a bill arrives, and can be viewed online and printed as needed

    Mobile banking from Citizens Community Bank gives you instant connectivity to your accounts right from your fingertips, saving you time and money while on-the-go! With mobile banking you can use your cell phone to access your accounts by:

    • Mobile Apps (iPhone & Android) - Users can download the CCBontheGo app for free from the app stores. You'll be able to pay bills, check balances, make transfers, and much more through the ease of an app on your phone.
    • Mobile Browser - Other web-enabled phones, use our mobile banking website, CCBontheGo.mobi.
    • Texting - Don't have a web-enabled phone? No problem! Text banking is available to anyone who can send and receive texts, and it will provide you with your balance and recent account activity.

    Setting Up Mobile Banking

  • Login to Internet Banking using a computer
  • Click on the User Services tab
  • Select Mobile Banking Enrollment
  • Follow the steps to get your activiation code and activate your phone
