Mortgages
We currently offer mortgage bank loans on either an adjustable rate note or a balloon note. The minimum equity requirement is 15% and we strive to tailor the loan to fit your needs. We are not offering secondary market fixed rate mortgages at this time due to the turmoil in the industry over the past two years. We have innovative ideas and will be glad to help in any way we can.
