How Can I...

At Citizens Community Bank, we have been committed to building personal banking relationships for five generations. Banking with us means you are assured professional service from a strong and respected financial institution, and we invite you to become a valued part of our banking family. We want to make the transition easy for you, so we have prepared an Account Change Kit to help you make the switch from your existing institution.

CCB offers conventional mortgage loans to you! No matter what kind of loan you may be looking for, we're ready to help, and we know you're going to love trusting your hometown bank with such an important decision. Call or visit Donna Bramlett at our Hahira Office to learn more about how we can help with your mortgage needs!

Security Tip

At CCB, we are committed to protecting your financial interests with secure technology and educate you with “best practices” for staying secure on the Internet. As a CCB Internet Banking customer, we want to make you aware of the increasing use of "phishing" and "spoofing" to obtain sensitive personal information.

"Phishing" is a type of fraud where an e-mail asks you, often with a sense of urgency, to click a link to update or confirm your sensitive personal information, such as your account numbers, card numbers, social security/tax identification numbers, passwords, or PINs. The link goes to a fake or "spoof" website designed to look like a legitimate company.

We encourage you to monitor your accounts by logging in to Internet Banking on a regular basis – this is a very effective way to detect fraud.
